Quality management meets internationally recognized standards

NanoFocus AG from Oberhausen/Germany, developer and manufacturer of optical 3D-surface measurement systems and software for the characterization of technical surfaces, has been certified to DIN ISO 9001 by TÜV Rheinland. The certificate documents that the quality management of NanoFocus meets internationally recognized standards. NanoFocus AG herewith underlines its commitment to highest standards of quality towards customers and partners.
