Measure, evaluate and visualize

You can evaluate and visualize your data quickly with µsoft tool. The extensive software has proven itself in the laboratory in solving a wide range of measurement and analysis tasks. µsoft tool is a standard component of the NanoFocus measuring instruments.
 
The software interface is split into three sections. This guarantees you a permanent overview of the required information during analysis. Only a short period of initial training is required, thanks to the ease of operation and menu navigation. The measurement assistant for controlling the instrument is already integrated into the µsoft control. From the measurement through to evaluate, you only use one program.

Norm-conforming determination of various parameters

Special algorithms are available for you to edit your measurement data, such as data leveling, masking according to angle or intensity, as well as various filters and interpolation techniques. Both standard-referenced 2D roughness values and derived 3D parameters, such as Sa and Sq, can be determined. Measurements of displacement, position, height, angle, shape and area can be performed directly in the 2D view or in the profile section.

Both height and reflection data can be presented. The various display modes can be interchanged quickly, e.g. the topographical view, profile section, photorealistic view and 3D projection. You can document the individual evaluation in a brief protocol with a single click.

The wealth of visualization options mean you can present every sample in the proper light. Irrespective of geometry and material, you obtain expressive images of the sample surface.
