Finding the best solution for a challenging measurement task is often difficult and time-consuming. Our website gives you an overview of our product portfolio with typical measurement tasks and examples of application.

The best way to discuss your individual measurement task is, of course, personally - via phone, email or during a demonstration at your location. You are also welcome to send us samples and convice yourself of the capabilites of NanoFocus measurement solutions with a free trial measurement. Additionally we can visit our showrooms and test the 3D measurement systems at our headquarters in Oberhausen and our customer centre in Karlsruhe, both in Germany. A demonstration can also be arranged at our Asian branch office.
